By the Numbers Health

What works, ranked by a doctor.

Plain-language health books that check the claims you see online against the published research: does it work, how much, and is it safe? Every number says what it measures.

*And no, I don’t sell supplements.

How every book works

Not another list of tips. A ranking.

1. Grade it

Every food, habit and supplement gets one of six evidence grades, from Supported to Harmful.

2. Measure it

Each grade comes with a real number from the trials, and says exactly what that number measures.

3. Rank it

Then everything is sorted into Start here, Add next, Optional extras and Skip, with a 90-day plan.
